  • How you currently receive information from AFF, and what you would prefer.
  • Where you spend time online and your preferences for social content.
  • Views on face-to-face engagement and event timing.
  • Optional comments on the AFF website and Army&You.
  • Optional demographics (age and gender).

Who it is for

This survey is aimed at Army families and serving personnel, including those who do not currently engage with AFF. It may be shared via partner organisations and internal channels.

How long it takes

Most people complete the survey in around 5 minutes.

What happens next

AFF will review responses to inform improvements to communication channels, content formats, and engagement activity. A high-level summary may be shared in future updates.
