Please avoid including personal or identifying information in free-text responses. Anything you type will be recorded exactly as entered.
How responses may be used
- To improve how AFF communicates with Army families.
- To inform decisions about channels, formats, and engagement activities.
- To report findings in aggregate (for example, charts or summaries), without identifying individuals.
